Gluten Free Chocolate Donuts

The thing about these donuts is that they are actually a cake.
A cake donut.
A coconut cake.
These whip up in a tiny amount of time.

 

Suddenly donuts.
These donuts need a toping.
A chocolate topping. 
Chocolate goodness.
Coconut oil.
Heaping pile of cocoa powder.
And Honey.
Whisk.
Dip those donuts in to the chocolate . 
Be as messy or as clean as you please. 





For the Coconut cake donut
6 Eggs
1/2 c Coconut oil
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Coconut flour
1 c Finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Mix the wet ingredients together. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Incorporate well.
 Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool before decorating.

For the Chocolate Goodness
Heaping 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
4 tbls Coconut oil- Melted
1/4 c Honey

Mix together. Stir for 3 or 4 minutes or until thick.
Dip donuts or other sweets.
Store in remainder in the fridge.
